(Washington D.C.) President Trump's recent Executive Order, "Restoring America's Maritime Dominance," has created significant opportunities for Guam. The order outlines the launch of a Maritime Security Trust Fund and the establishment of a Shipbuilding Financial Incentives Program, along with Maritime Prosperity Zones.

(Washington, D.C.) Today, the House of Representatives has unanimously passed H.R. 877, The Deliver for Veterans Act. The legislation is a critical step towards ensuring that veterans in remote areas, such as Guam, have better access to adaptive vehicles through the Department of Veterans Affairs' program.

In response to Congressman Moylan’s inquiry regarding the resignation of the former Guam Vet Center Director, The Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Douglas Collins, has provided assurance and closed out the issue with the utmost professionalism and care for Guam's Veterans. (Hagatna, Guam) Delegate James Moylan is pleased and humbled to share that the Department of the Navy has approved his request to dedicate the Command Suite at the Naval Hospital Guam to honor the late Dr. Ralph Guerrero Sablan, MD. Dr. Sablan sadly passed away on April 2, 2024.

Delegate James Moylan is happy to share that the National Telecommunication and Information Administration (NTIA) will be obligating $155,581,733 to the Government of Guam under the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program to address several critical needs to improve communications infrastructure.

(Hagatna, Guam) With the intent of seeking subsidies to help reduce the fares for flights between Guam and the CNMI, Delegate James Moylan introduced legislation to add the route between the two territories as part of the Essential Air Service (EAS) program.
