The legislation is a critical step towards ensuring that veterans in remote areas, such as Guam, have better access to adaptive vehicles through the Department of Veterans Affairs' program.
(Washington D.C.) President Trump's recent Executive Order, "Restoring America's Maritime Dominance," has created significant opportunities for Guam. The order outlines the launch of a Maritime Security Trust Fund and the establishment of a Shipbuilding Financial Incentives Program, along with Maritime Prosperity Zones. These initiatives will enable Guam to play a pivotal role in the development of the Maritime Action Plan (MAP) and cement its position as the tip of the spear.

(Hagatna, Guam) Delegate James Moylan is pleased and humbled to share that the Department of the Navy has approved his request to dedicate the Command Suite at the Naval Hospital Guam to honor the late Dr. Ralph Guerrero Sablan, MD. Dr. Sablan sadly passed away on April 2, 2024.

Delegate James Moylan is happy to share that the National Telecommunication and Information Administration (NTIA) will be obligating $155,581,733 to the Government of Guam under the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program to address several critical needs to improve communications infrastructure. The BEAD Program is authorized under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
