MOYLAN INTRODUCES THE “SECURING GUAM’S SHORES REIMBURSEMENT ACT OF 2023

(Washington, DC). This afternoon, Delegate James Moylan introduced the “Securing Guam’s Shores Reimbursement Act of 2023”. If enacted, Guam would receive reimbursement grants of up to $500,000 per year for any expenditures made through local funding which went towards addressing the issues associated with migrants entering our shores illegally.

A couple of weeks ago, Delegate James Moylan was selected to serve on two Standing House Committees: House Armed Services Committee (HASC) and House Natural Resources Committee (HNRC).  (Hagatna, Guam) Delegate James Moylan was advised by the House Steering Committee that he was selected to serve on the House Armed Services Committee (HASC) and the House Natural Resources Committee (HNRC). Both Committees address issues relevant to Guam, and the Delegate would have a vote in both committees.
