About Rep. Moylan

Representative James Moylan is currently serving his second term in 119th United States Congress as the Representative for Guam. As the first Republican to win the seat on Guam in nearly 30 years, Moylan's victory was historic.

Moylan is a strong and trustworthy leader who’s focused on issues that affect Guamanians most. It is because of this that he has created an open-door policy that allows constituents to have their concerns directly addressed. Moylan believes island residents have a right to know what’s happening in their governing offices and understands the importance of being transparent with his constituents about the work he is doing for Guam on Capitol Hill.

In his current position, Moylan serves on the House Armed Services Committee, the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and the House Education and Workforce Committee. He works closely with these Committees to address issues that are vital to Guam and the Pacific Island community.
