CONGRESSMAN MOYLAN TO HOST COMMUNITY TOWN HALL IN CHALAN PAGO-ORDOT
(Hagåtña, Guam)— Congressman James Moylan will host a Community Town Hall on Wednesday, August 14th at 6:00 PM at the Chalan Pago-Ordot Mayor’s Office. All members of the public are invited to attend, ask questions, and share their thoughts on federal issues directly impacting life on Guam.
Town halls are a vital part of the Congressman’s effort to stay connected to the people he represents. This open forum will give residents an opportunity to speak directly with Congressman Moylan and his team about the issues that matter most—ranging from veterans’ care and healthcare access, to infrastructure, workforce development, and the military buildup.
“This town hall isn’t just about updates—it’s a real chance for us to listen, answer questions, and work together on what matters most to you,” said Congressman Moylan. “Coming into our villages reminds us who we serve and why it matters. These conversations help make sure our work in Washington reflects the everyday realities of island life.”
Attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance by scanning the QR code on the event flyer. Staff will also be available on site to assist with federal casework and constituent services, including help with Social Security, veterans benefits, passport issues, and more.
This event is part of Congressman Moylan’s ongoing mission to bring federal conversations directly into the community and ensure Guam’s voices are not just heard—but reflected—in national decision-making.
